had Oisin do a call out yesterday and he couldnt have been more helpful. he sorted my car key issue, and even installed a car battery for me when the existing one was dead. He then solved a "broken key in lock" issue i had in another house which wasn't on the original call out. Professional, friendly, extremely efficient and absolutely on top of his game! 5 stars

I had Oisin come and replace the main door lock as I just bought the apartment. He was so friendly and easy to deal with. Had a great chat with him. He also sorted my sitting room door lock mechanism as it needed replacing (even though that was not my original request) and have also provided me with the keys for two bedrooms as these were missing too. He went above and beyond with his service and have made my day because straight away this sorted few other things I would eventually have to deal with.I am so glad I went with this family owned service. I will have to reach out to them again as I need key cutting so hopefully they will be able to sort this out too.I higly recommend their services and all the positive reviews noted here are for a reason!
